Gillford Park FC

Since 2010, Gillford Park has given children across Harraby, Upperby and Carlisle a safe, welcoming place to play. Welfare and enjoyment come first.
These are the things the club comes back to at training, on matchday and around the sidelines. Simple, but important.
Doing things properly and keeping football safe. Welfare comes first, standards matter, and the club aims to create an environment families can trust every week.
How we speak to players, coaches, officials and families matters just as much as the result. We expect encouragement, patience and pride on every touchline.
Players learn better when team-mates, coaches and parents all pull in the same direction. Everyone has a role in building confidence, effort and belonging.
Winning is part of football, but progress is the real measure. We help young players improve their skills, understand the game and enjoy turning up.

If your child wants to give football a go, ring or send an enquiry. If you are not sure which team fits, that is fine - the committee will point you to the right age group and tell you what the first session looks like.
